The weights allow maximum range of motion considering they are adjustable weights and haven't created any problems during any type of exercise. The only fault I have found isn't really a fault, it more of a preference. I've been use to rubberized weights and having a spotter so when pushing out the end of the final set, a person can go to muscle failure because the spotter will protect you and the weights can be dropped for a reasonable height. i wouldn't recommend doing this with these weight even though I haven't tried it. This is because one slightly high drop might bend the weight and I wouldn't want this to happen but regardless of this, I have definitely have seen great results from using this set and haven't had a single issue yet. I would completely recommend this to anyone who enjoys working out regularly. Seriously even the HULK endorses power blocks ...
