(More customer reviews)I bought a yoga mat from this company, deluded by the cool idea and eco ideal.I thought I was giving my money to a company which respected others, the environment and had a sense of conscience and consciousness.I had issues with the mat, in that the image was not a clear as I would have like it, and there was advertising ALL OVER IT, back and front, which I found very distracting for my practice, which is yoga and meditation.I contacted the company to inquire about my options.There were none.I could keep it or forfeit it.Though this was not the solution I had hoped for, this is not the main reason for this review.For the most part I only write reviews for people and things I absolutely love.Great, beyond expectation experiences.I seldom write for items or issues which are mundane, mediocre, or unsatisfying in very inconsequential ways.I will, however write a review occasionally when I have been so put off, so rudely, cruelly treated, as to not wish that experience on anyone else ever.That, was my experience with this company...specifically its owner and manager.He was so mean, rude, arrogant, etc to the point that he ridiculed my meditation and yelled at me consistently without having the sense, presence, or wisdom to actually listen to me as a customer.His attitude was that he has enough customers who like his product (because he doesn't hear from them) and therefore he doesn't need me as a customer and I must be wrong.It was a very painful, stressful, and even emotionally draining phone call, as his style of communication was very attacking and combative. It tested my very presence of mind and compassion. I told him to donate the mat and ended the phone call.I suggest taking your business somewhere else and sending him healing and love.
