(More customer reviews)I didn't even realize at first that it came with a dvd. For reference the dvd is fine, but I much prefer the yoga series by Rainbeau Mars. The mat itself is very nice quality, and at 28wks pregnant it is standing up very well compared to off brand mats. I practice yoga nearly every day and I am very satisfied with this mat.
