(More customer reviews)This is quite a wonderful mat. I needed a mat that had a very strong grip on it and I chose this mat for that reason. My hands and feet tend to sweat during practice and I don't move at all on this mat. Even in down dog, I am SO much more comfortable and can concentrate on my breath much easier without my hands continually slipping. I have the sedona red, and I think it is beautiful.
Pros: Durable, Eco-friendly, very non-slip, beautiful colors, comfortable, for every mat sold they plant a tree.
Cons: Heavy- but this doesn't particularly bother me. Must step off to the side to do certain balancing poses like Tree because the cushion makes it difficult to balance.
Overall, the cons don't bother me because I have not yet found a mat that works better for me than this one. I highly recommend this yoga mat.
