(More customer reviews)I LOVE this stuff! It washes my mat, but, I can also spray it on if my mat has become a little slippery, just let it air dry for a minute or two. This is a must for every yogi and yogini.

The lavender version of the spray (Hugger Mugger also sells a citrus spray) includes the following ingredients: lavender, rose, rosemary and tea tree flower waters, distilled water, and lavender essential oil.
About Hugger Mugger
Sara Chambers, founder of Hugger-Mugger, was an accomplished woodworker when she came to yoga. Its tremendous impact on her health made yoga a way of life for Sara.
