(More customer reviews)I just got my new mat and used it at a weekend class. I wasnt going to use it at first since I wanted to give it a chance to air out prior to use. However my old mat kept shifting on me as we were on carpet so I decided to try my new mat. Yes it is heavy but not rediculously so. The size is great and it stuck and gave me so much more stabiltiy.... two thumbs up..
Expensive but if you practice a lot I think it would be worth it
