(More customer reviews)I had never done Pilates before and was unsure of the type of mat to get.I read several reviews and decided on this one.Good choice.It is thick and very long.Upon first receiving, it does have a "rubber" smell but it goes away after washing and with use.The company sends info on how to best wash it prior to use.I didn't find the smell offensive as other reviewers commented, and I am pregnant so smells are heightened for me.I use my mat every day and am very pleased.
