(More customer reviews)I bought this mat in hopes that it would inspire me to do yoga during business travel by protecting me from yukky hotel carpets. It worked! The mat is very thin, so don't expect cushion for your knees, but as most hotel rooms are carpeted, I don't feel that this is a problem. My biggest concern was whether it would fold up small enough to fit in my bag. I like to pack very light. It is perfect. It folds up to about the size and shape of a couple of t-shirts or a pair of jeans. It was so wonderful to stretch away the 10 hour flight when I finally got to my hotel. I was a little concerned about slipping on the soft towel-like surface, but my hands and feet stay put. I highly recommend this mat!
