(More customer reviews)This is a great sticky mat. I had first purchased a thinner mat and found that my knees would get sore because there just wasn't as much cushion as I would like. I didn't want to use a blanket or towel, as I was concerned about slipping out of a pose. This was an excellent solution! The color is great too. I stack the mats as well or roll up the end for certain posesand they seem to stay pretty fairly where I place them.
