Product Description:
This is a set of one Zafu and one Zabuton meditation cushion made of durable cotton twill fabric. The round Zafu meditation cushion is filled with your choice of Kapok, (a dense, cotton-like substance) or Buckwheat Hulls (small grain-like hulls). The Kapok is firm yet shapeable. The Buckwheat Hulls easily conform to the shape of your body and offer a grounded feeling. The Buckwheat Hull Zafu has a zippered opening that allows you to adjust the level of hulls to your comfort. The Kapok Zafu has a compression opening to release air, but it is not recommended that you remove any kapok fill. The Zabuton is filled with a 3" thick layer of cotton batting that is tufted in five places to prevent movement and bunching up of the batting. Both Cushions are Economy versions with non-removable covers. Together, the traditional Zafu and Zabuton create a comfortable sitting place for meditation and are popular with meditators all over the world. These high-quality sets are available at a significant savings over purchasing the cushions separately.

(More customer reviews)The zafu is very good. It is made very well and provides a very stable and comfortable posture. I have been using it multiple times a day for the past month and it is just as stable.

Like the other reviewer said the zabuton is not very thick (not really a big deal), and also it's not very wide. I am 5' 11 and my knees hang over the edges of the zabuton when sitting burmese posture. I guess the bonus is that it's easier to travel with.

Another thing is that this zafu is advertised as having a carrying handle, I cannot find one! :(

Anyhow, the price is very good and the zafu is one of the best I've ever sat on.

Before I purchased my Mobile Meditator inflatable meditation cushion, I used a traditional kapok filled cushion which, over time gets hard and uncomfortable. This problem is never the case with the Mobile Meditator. It is always soft and if I need to I can adjust the size if needed.
Most importantly when I travel I no longer have to devote a large part of my suitcase to a heavy and bulky meditation pillow. The Mobile Meditator takes up no more space than a t-shirt. I am so happy with my purchase of this fantastic product.
