(More customer reviews)I have been using this item in PT for help with my balance.It does help.It's hard but then as you improve, it becomes easier.I also found using this that since an ACL injury 9+ yrs ago, that at times I walked being very cautious with that leg.Since using this pad, it has forced me to strenghten those muscles in my knee, so I am not favoring it anymore!!! after 9 years!!!!!!
