(More customer reviews)Amazon doesn't provide much detail about this mat.Mine just arrived so here's some extra info.It is 22" wide by 70" long and 3/8" thick.The integrated velcro straps work very well, keeping it rolled neatly for storage.

About Stott Pilates
Lindsay and Moira Merrithew met in New York City when he was studying at Juilliard School of Performing Arts and she was a dancer. While rehabilitating from a broken foot that ended her dancing career, she discovered a then-little-known exercise program developed by Joseph Pilates and became a Pilates instructor. When the couple moved to Toronto, where Lindsay pursued work in theatre, television, and film, they couldn't find proper equipment to use for Pilates exercises and decided to make their own equipment with the help of a carpenter. As Pilates began to gain wider recognition in the early 1990s, the Merrithews seized the opportunity to begin manufacturing modern, professional-quality Pilates equipment. Their company now operates some 30 Pilates training centers in North America as well as manufacturing Pilates equipment and accessories.
