(More customer reviews)The mat is long, thick, and not slippery. It also doesn't have that chemical-ly smell that a lot of new workout mats do. However, the DVD is a joke. It's a mini-DVD, so I had to play it in my computer, and the workout was so insubstantial, that I just threw it out afterwards. Also, the DVD is taped inside of the cardboard packaging so it's easy to miss -- I almost threw out the DVD with the packaging.
Conclusion: Buy the mat because it's a great mat, and don't base your decision on the useless DVD.
