(More customer reviews)I was looking for a mat to stretch and stand on for tai chi.This mat sits well on the floor and is a fair price. It has just the right amount of give and is comfortable and a tiny bit softer that the deeper judo mat.This in not recommended for higher impact like judo, but works nice for low impact activities.
