My first order of 48 square feet, in 3/4" thickness was not enough, so I ordered another 48 - only the wrong kind. The return policy was not through Amazon, so I called the vendor directly. The couple who run the place were not just cordial, but honored the return promptly and helped me correct the order. My daughter is very pleased with the product.
