(More customer reviews)I bought these to practice self defense with a few friends on the tennis courts of my apartment. I was not expecting such high quality mats for the price. these are very thick and shock absorbent. the only time I felt the concrete thought them was landing hard after being thrown by one of my friends. I would have been in traction for weeks if not for these mats! Although they don't say it in the description, I believe these would be acceptable for Judo and Aikido. I use them for Hapkido and Krav Maga and some of the moves are very similar to those,(as mentioned before). Over all a must have for any type of martial arts or gymnastics training.
