It folds beautifully for easy storage, and is also light as a feather, if you want to take your own mat to a Pilates mat class.
Very easy to clean, durable, and gorgeous in purple. Not recommended for Yoga, however.This mat is specifically designed for floor exercises, lying on your back. If you do Pilates at home, this is a MUST HAVE.
